I ordered this on Black Friday and due to the Christmas season and so many things being shipped my package seemed to have been lost. I reached out to Allison to see if she had any more information on her end of the tracking. She called the shipper to check and when they said it was likely lost she sent out another sweatshirt right away! I was not expecting that at all! I am so impressed with the prompt response and such kindness in sending another sweatshirt when it wasn’t her fault it was lost.
I love my new sweatshirt. It is so soft and cozy It is something I have worn often and I have received many compliments. I have everyT- shirt and sweatshirt that has been sold by A Place Called Home and I have never been disappointed.
